About Sophie
Helping you find peace with food
I'm a nutritional therapist on a mission to help women step off the diet merry-go-round — for good.
I didn't always have a healthy relationship with food. Like many of my clients, I spent years caught in the cycle of dieting, restricting, and feeling like I was constantly failing.
I studied clinical dietetics at university and spent time working in the NHS, where I saw incredible work being done — but I also noticed something missing. The appointments were short, the advice was generic, and there was rarely time to address the emotional side of eating.
I knew there had to be a better way. I went on to train as a nutritional therapist, studying the whole picture — not just what people eat, but why they eat, how they feel about food, and what would actually work in the context of their real lives.
Now, from my home in Bristol, I work with women who are tired of the diet merry-go-round. Women who want to feel good about food again, without the rules, the guilt, and the constant noise.
If that sounds like you, I'd love to chat.
My approach
What makes this different
I believe in a gentler, more human approach to nutrition that works with your life, not against it.
Compassion first
Everything starts with kindness — towards yourself, your body, and your journey. There's no judgement here, only support.
Evidence-based
My recommendations are grounded in nutritional science, not trends or fads. You deserve advice that actually works.
Whole-person approach
Nutrition isn't just about food. I look at sleep, stress, movement, and mindset — because it all connects.
Sustainable change
No quick fixes. We build habits that fit your life and last — so you never need another diet again.
